October | Cooking Lesson with Cristina Bowerman before Halloween


Hi guys !
Just before Halloween, Vanessa took a cooking lesson with Cristina Bowerman, a Michelin-Starred Chef. Here is the recipe of the cookies made by Vanessa :

2 cups flour
1 ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 ½ stick unsalted butter
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

1. Slowly mix all ingredients together in a bowl (you may use your hands like Vanessa and Austin did)
2. Leave mixture in the fridge to rest for 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Lay the mixture on a stick-free surface, roll flat with a rolling pin
4. Carve cookies into desired shape.
5. Bake in preheated oven 350F, for 12-14 minutes until light brown. Leave to rest 15 minutes before serving.
